Battery Cradle Adaptor Assembly Alternative for Emerson 701PBKKF

This cradle assembly is designed for use with EEMB 7.2V Size C battery packs (not included). When paired with the battery packs, it serves as a plug-and-play replacement for Emerson 701PBKKF battery modules. This product is a re-usable assembly. No modification to the existing equipment is required.

If your aftermarket battery packs are not already equipped with a male JST XH 2.54mm connector, one will be needed for use with this assembly. Male connectors can be purchased HERE.

Features:

• Rugged carbon fiber-reinforced ASA chassis engineered for demanding industrial environments. Provides excellent rigidity and dimensional stability along with resistance to UV exposure, weathering, and temperature extremes. The material has a heat-deflection temperature of approximately 217°F (103°C) and is well suited for equipment exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
• Pre-installed industrial-grade 70A silicone O-ring with a wide -76°F to 437°F (-60°C to 225°C) operating temperature range, providing dependable flexibility, retention, and cushioning even in extreme Arctic conditions. The O-ring may be omitted without affecting basic fitment or operation. O-ring from original Emerson battery assembly is also compatible and may be overhauled.
• Pre-installed wiring harness constructed with 24 AWG conductors and a JST XH 2.54mm female connector for straightforward plug-and-play installation.
